Join engineers from Valley companies at “Engineer Your Future” on March 27 at Glendale Community College from 2-4 p.m. in the GCC Student Union SU104. The event will feature guest engineers from industry and GCC engineering and physics faculty. GCC students will present their projects, including robots, balsa bridges and more. There will be a drawing for a 3 credit GCC scholarship. Other drawing prizes include chemistry, math, and physics books.

Engineering Careers Featured at Free GCC Event, March 27, 2015

Join engineers from Valley companies at “Engineer Your Future” on March 27 at Glendale Community College from 2-4 p.m. in the GCC Student Union SU104.

 

The event will feature guest engineers from industry and GCC engineering and physics faculty. 

 

 GCC students will present their projects, including robots, balsa bridges and more.

 

There will be a drawing for a 3 credit GCC scholarship.  Other drawing prizes include chemistry, math, and physics books.  The drawing ticket is given at sign in and you must be present to win.

 

At 4 p.m., college & high school students can compete in a paper tower-building competition for prizes. Refreshments will be served. 

 

This event and parking are free and open to all.

 

GCC is located at 6000 W. Olive Ave. in Glendale.
