Prepare to teach math or science in a middle school or high school classroom—and earn $25,000 while you’re at it—with the Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) grant at the Arizona State University Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. As a graduate teacher candidate enrolled in the May 2016 iTeachAZ Master’s in Elementary Education program or the May 2016 TEAMS Mesa Master's in Secondary Education program, you may be eligible to receive SEED grant funding if you teach in one of these high-demand subject areas during your student teaching residency—part of the college’s innovative iTeachAZ program.

In order to qualify for the SEED grant, candidates must pass one of the following exams: NES Middle Grades Math, NES Middle Grades General Science, NES Chemistry, NES Physics, NES Biology, NES Mathematics, or NES Earth and Space Science.
