The Arizona Game and Fish Department will be hosting a free webcast as part of GIS Day. We will provide information about how to use HabiMap, a free and powerful online tool.

HabiMap is a free, interactive online tool provided by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. It allows people to visually explore geographic data in order to study wildlife distributions, potential stressors and more. In this presentation, a Department educator will discuss ways that this powerful tool can be used in the classroom to enhance student understanding of wildlife and ecology concepts. This program is intended for middle and high school teachers. This presentation will be delivered as a Google Hangout. There are two ways to participate. For those that have a free Google+ account, you will be able to watch and interact directly from your account. If you do not have a Google+ account, then you can still watch as the presentation is streamed live on YouTube.
